Introduction
At PocketsPlay, your privacy is very important to us. We are committed to providing a safe and secure gaming experience for all users. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how we keep it safe.
This policy is designed to comply with Google Play Developer Policies, Apple App Store Guidelines, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
PocketsPlay does not directly collect personal information such as names, emails, or phone numbers. However, third-party SDKs integrated into our games (such as Google AdMob and Firebase) may automatically collect certain data as described below. Game preferences (such as volume settings, progress level, and currency) are stored locally on your device using PlayerPrefs and are never transmitted to us or to third parties.
Data Collection
Our games use third-party SDKs that automatically collect certain data. PocketsPlay does not directly collect personal information, but the following data is collected by integrated services:
We do NOT directly collect:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Financial information (credit card details — payments are handled entirely by Google Play)
- Contact lists, photos, media, or files from your device
- Health or fitness information
- Precise GPS location (only approximate location inferred from IP by AdMob)
Purpose of Data Collection
Data collected through third-party SDKs is used for the following purposes:
- Advertising — Google AdMob uses approximate location, device IDs, and interaction data to serve and measure ads. This data may be shared with ad network partners.
- Analytics — Firebase Analytics collects app interaction events, crash logs, and diagnostics to help us understand usage patterns and improve the game.
- App Functionality — Firebase Remote Config collects device metadata to deliver configuration values. Google Play Billing processes in-app purchases.
- Monitoring & Stability — Crash logs and diagnostics help us identify and fix bugs, and ensure the app works smoothly across devices.
Data Sharing
Certain data is shared with third-party services as part of the SDKs integrated into our games. Below is a summary of what is shared and with whom:
- Google AdMob: Approximate location (from IP) and device identifiers are shared with Google and its ad network partners for serving and measuring advertisements.
- Firebase Analytics: App interaction events, crash logs, and diagnostics are sent to Google Firebase for analytics. This data is not shared with additional third parties.
- Firebase Remote Config: Device metadata is sent to Google Firebase to deliver remote configuration values. This data is not shared with additional third parties.
- Google Play Billing: Purchase history is processed by Google Play. PocketsPlay does not have access to payment card details.
Children's Privacy
Our games are intended for users aged 16 and above and are not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share any personal or sensitive information from children.
Security Measures
We take data security seriously and follow secure development practices to minimize risks of data leakage or vulnerabilities.
- All diagnostic and performance data transmitted from your device is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect collected data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
- Since our apps only collect limited diagnostic data, no personal or sensitive user information is at risk.
Data Deletion
We only collect limited diagnostic and performance data (such as crash logs and device identifiers) through Google Play and Unity Analytics. This data is managed and stored by Google/Unity, not by PocketsPlay.
Since all diagnostic, performance, and advertising data is handled automatically by Google, Apple, and Unity, requests for automated data deletion should be directed to their privacy policies. PocketsPlay itself does not retain any user accounts or personal profiles.

How We Keep Your Data Safe
PocketsPlay does not collect or store any personal or sensitive user information. Therefore, no personal data is subject to additional processing, storage, or protection requirements.
For the limited diagnostic and performance information automatically collected (such as crash reports and app performance data), the data is:
- Encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Processed securely according to industry-standard practices.
- Handled only for technical purposes such as app stability, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
We continuously follow secure development practices to help prevent unintended data leakage or vulnerabilities.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When updates are made, we will:
